Anderson Training Stables

Anderson Training Stables is a full service reining training facility with a NEW insulated 140 X 250 indoor arena, a 350" by 600" outdoor track, and over 150 stalls. We have been located in Wilsall, Montana just off highway 89, since 1984. Anderson Training Stables will be standing several stallions; including Bay Shine, Twister Eighty Six, Peppy Sailor Chex, Shiners Chex Olena, and Hercs Midnite Roost. All of the Andersons, Jay Dee, Janis, Jarvis and Ryan are NRHA judges. Jay Dee is also a great trainer and teacher. Sons, Jarvis and Ryan are both full-time trainers at Anderson Training Stables. Ryan Anderson won the NRHA Intermediate Open and was Reserve in the NRHA Open on Hollywoods Lena Lady, owned by Bill Schutter. Jay Dee and Jarvis shared the NRHA Novice Horse Open win on Taris Whiz Key owned by Jim Gelhaus. Janis Anderson and Peppy Sailor Chex won the NRHA Rookie Professional and were Reserve in the NRHA Limited Open. Congratulations to the "saddle winners"--Stephanie Anderson and A Girls Best Friend who won the Jerry Bratlien Memorial Saddle for winning the MRHA Rookie.  Stephanie also won the NRHA Rookie MRHA year end award.  Also congratulations to Mary Dunkel and Phenomenal Blonde who won the MRHA Youth 13 and Under Saddle. Mary was also Reserve in the NRHA Youth 13 and Under. To our many clients who had such a successful year and won MRHA year end awards, CONGRATULATIONS!! Sean Alquist and Mighty Mega Jac won the NRHA Youth 14-18 and were Reserve in the MRHA Youth 14-18. Megan Irvin and Smart Nikka were third in the MRHA Rookie Lori Waters and This Whiz It were Reserve in the NRHA Rookie and Prime Time Rookie. Sharon Gelhaus and Hollywood N Chex were third in the MRHA Ladies. Bill Crain and Top Chex Charlie won the NRHA Limited Non Pro and were third in the NRHA Intermediate Non Pro and MRHA Senior Non Pro. Jackie Sorenson and Roosters Toddy won the Non Pro Rider of the Year along with the NRHA Intermediate Non Pro and the NRHA Novice Horse Non Pro.  She was also Reserve in the NRHA Non Pro. Billi Heigh and Count the Numbers won the MRHA Senior Non Pro and were Reserve in the NRHA Intermediate Non Pro.  She was also third in the NRHA Limited Non Pro. Coral Maxwell and Smart Misty Bar won the NRHA Limited Open and were third in the NRHA Non Pro. Randy Maxwell and Smart Misty Bar were Reserve in the MRHA Rookie and NRHA Limited Non Pro.
