This athletic and lovely Feb 2007 filly is another one that really deserves a second look.   Her name is Peps Duck N Slide,  which was inspired by the ducky shaped snip on her nose She is 13.1 hands at 10 months old.  She has a beautiful balanced conformation, with lovely long legs, a beautifully laid back shoulder and long hip.  She has a very proportional neck that ties in well to her shoulder.  This filly is extremely athletic, blazingly fast, and puppy dog quiet.
This filly is enrolled in the AQHA Incentive Fund.
She is by Playin Pep, who has 106 AQHA points in Working Cow Horse (85), Reining (15) and Team Roping (6).  He has NRCHA and NRHA earnings with limited showing.  I've added $1885 to Pep's NRCHA earnings in 06 and 07, showing for fun.
She is out of Ms Spanish Shy, an AQHA performance point earning mare, that is a daughter of Shy Prescription (AQHA point earner) by Docs Prescription, and out of a Speedy Glow daughter.

Wimpys Sophie Oak is a gorgeous bay filly by the great Wimpys Little Step and out of Sweet Baby Oak an own daughter of Docs Oak.

We named this filly after the famous reining mare Sophie Oak that Bob Loomis showed and won the futurity on way back when. Sophie Oak had one blue eye just like this filly.

Her dam Sweet Baby Oak has produced winners in cutting reining and cowhorse with earnings over $30,000. Sweet Baby Oak is still sound at the ripe old age of 20 and has never taken a lame step in her life, her babies have all inherited her soundness and great disposition.

This filly promises to be the best of the lot.
